At UAE Printing Solutions, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Because our products are custom-made, refunds and returns are handled with care to balance quality service and fairness.


1. No Refunds on Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products (e.g., business cards, banners, signage, etc.), we do not offer refunds once an order has been printed or produced. Please double-check all artwork, content, and quantities before finalizing your order.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with quality issues, we’re here to help. You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • You report the issue within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • You provide photo evidence of the damage or printing error.

  • The issue is clearly due to a manufacturing or printing fault on our end.

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


3. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before printing or production begins. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at:

If your order is already in production, cancellation or changes will not be possible, and you will be billed in full.


4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot issue refunds for shipping delays beyond our control.


5. Design Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final proofs before printing. We are not liable for errors that were present in the approved design, including:

  • Spelling or grammar mistakes

  • Incorrect layout or image quality

  • Wrong colors due to uncalibrated screens
